H-Series is an oven cure suitable for all applications
C-Series is an air dry cure coating, best for larger projects, exhaust systems, large flat panels etc. C series has the best UV resistance so its the best choice for items being used outdoors
E-Series, the Elite oven cure coating. Smaller range of colours, ultimate performance for the most demanding scenarios.

How Durable Is Cerakote?
Cerakote offers the most durable protective coating solution out there. Unlike older coatings, Cerakote proves highly resistant to flaking, chipping, or scratching. As noted in the information above, Cerakote is superior to all leading competitors and can be applied to almost anything!

Does cerakote affect the operation of my parts?
You can apply Cerakote to any item and still read serial numbers, logos, engravings and other markings. Cerakote remains so thin it does not affect how your parts look or function. If you are still not sure if Cerakote is right for your application, ask us about items with very tight tolerances.

How well does cerakote work on older items and parts?
You can apply Cerakote to any old item and part and restore them to their former, original glory or give them some personality! Cerakote protects your item from damage and deterioration, including rust, pits and scratches. Cerakote adds a barrier of protection against weather and enhances chemical resistance.

How do you Cerakote my project?
Disassemble your part
Prep the parts by soaking them in a degreasing tank
Heat the parts to remove and impurities or oil
Repeat the previous steps until the parts are completely clean
Sandblast the parts to remove any casting marks, surface rust or scratches
Spray Cerakote on the part
Heat cure or air cure the part depending on the series used for maximum durability and hardness

What should I consider before ordering our cerakote services?
any of our clients prefer to disassemble their parts themselves. When disassembling an item your self, please remember to take photographs of each part and note the order of disassembly and various substrates
Examples of common substrates include plastic, steel, composite, aluminum, and polymer.

How Long Does It Take to Complete the Cerakoting Process?
Description goes hereWe will discuss our lead time before you order, when we are busy, orders can take up to 30 working days for completion. Dependent on the complexity and size and quantity of your project, large orders can take longer. Smaller, single items tend to be completed quicker.
